November 26th
Life Jacket: Please note that, as mentioned on several occasions, all paddlers must have a life jacket (PFD) in order to participate in the race. Dubai Shamaal does not have life jackets available for rent or loan. Life jackets will be sold at the price of AED 475.
Blood Type & NoK: Also, we urge those that have not yet informed the Shamaal of their blood type and phone number of next of kin (complete with international pre-fix) to do so at the earliest. This way you get to spend more time on the water and less filling in forms! Fill in Form immediately!
November 25th
Wrist Bands: Paddlers are to go to Club Mina and collect their Wrist Band. This gives access
to the facilities & hotels. Set times will be Tuesday Nov. 25th from 9 am -10 am and again from 4 pm - 5 pm. Timings will be the same on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday onwards, we expect to be at the venue continuously. In case of doubt you can call Mette on 050 347 01 62.
Lunch: From the 27th, lunch is served everyday at the CLUB MINA facility (20AED gourmet burgers). Paddlers are
welcome to enjoy the facilities of the sailing club & hotels.
